My background is built from three directions that don't usually meet in the same person. An Information Management degree gave me a systems-level understanding of how data, software, and organisations connect. Four years in sales and marketing — across an EV dealership and retail — taught me how real customers actually make decisions, and how far the gap is between a marketing strategy on paper and what moves people in practice. Now, an MBA in Digital Marketing is sharpening how I think about brand, consumer behaviour, and international market dynamics.
What connects all three is a genuine interest in AI — not as a buzzword, but as the most practical tool available right now for closing the gap between a good strategy and actual execution. I am currently deep in research on agentic AI systems: how they are architected, how effective they actually are in real business environments, and where the gap still exists between the promise and the practice. The goal is to understand these systems well enough to eventually build ones that solve the problems I have already seen first-hand in marketing and operations.

Researching and building agentic AI systems that solve real business problems — not slide-deck recommendations, but working systems. Projects include multi-agent automation pipelines, AI-powered CRM and lead qualification tools, intelligent content workflows, and custom web platforms. Work draws directly on marketing and operations experience to ensure what gets built actually maps to how businesses run day to day.
B. Mai Automobiles (BYD Nepal)
Four years inside one of Nepal's leading EV dealerships, covering the full commercial operation — digital and traditional marketing campaigns, PR agency coordination, vehicle launch events, customer acquisition, sales support, inventory planning, and finance team liaison. Saw first-hand how dealerships win and lose customers, and how big the gap is between marketing strategy and operational reality. That gap is what AI can close.
Helmets Nepal
End-to-end customer-facing sales role: consultation, inventory management, billing, and daily operations. Built an appreciation for how traditional retail marketing actually works at ground level — and what its limits are.

Most marketing fails not because the strategy is wrong, but because the execution machinery isn't there to support it. Most technology projects fail because they were built without understanding what customers actually do. I sit at that intersection by design — not as a generalist who does a bit of everything, but as someone who has done the marketing work, understands the systems underneath, and can now use AI to connect them properly.
